Now more than ever the world needs great mentors. What is a mentor? A person with knowledge, experience or expertise in a certain area, who commits to building a mentorship relationship, and to offer guidance to an older, younger, less experienced or knowledgeable person. ?

2) Be willing to share their knowledge, experience and expertise
3) Be a positive role model, leads by example and is respected
4) Willing to commit the time needed to build the mentee
5) Be approachable, available and listens well
6) Be genuine, compassionate, objective and fair
7) Be honest and able to give constructive feedback
8) Willing to grow and learn more in area of expertise
