Make up your bed every morning, do jumping jacks, do squats when you can, clean your home or office, gardening or yard work, washing dishes by hand, walk around while talking on the phone, stretching, yoga or stability ball while watching tv, cooking and washing your car.
Walking is always a great, taking the stairs instead of elevator, using an app to track your steps all day, park further away from entrances, taking public transportation instead of driving, grocery shopping, playing with your kids and two of my favorites dancing and laughing with friends for over 10 mins.?
