I practiced yoga faithfully for a several years and found it was great for me physical and mentally. Even though I don’t get to do it the way I used to now, I still like add certain aspects of yoga such as the poses, stretches, breathing, meditation and positive affirmations to my fitness routine. If you are considering trying yoga below are the benefits I found it provided for me.

  1. I lost some weight not a lot but a little
  2. My muscles got leaner and more toned
  3. My body and limbs became more flexible
  4. Felt like my circulation was better
